Parkside RV & Boat Storage offers up to 500 secure spaces for RVs and boats. Customers can choose from grass or gravel parking spots, providing flexible options for storing RVs, campers, trailers, and boats year-round.

We provide secure and spacious storage for a wide range of vehicles and recreational units. Our facility accommodates RVs, motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, boats, campers, utility trailers, and classic cars. (Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate seacans.)

Yes! There is a range of convenient on-site services to make RV and boat ownership more manageable. Our available services include repairs, exterior and interior cleaning, generator rentals, and gravel-surface stalls. We also partner with Creekside RV Rentals for customers who don’t yet have their own unit.

Payment options include monthly, 6-month, or annual plans (note that shorter terms cost slightly more per month).

Our online booking system makes reserving your stall quick and hassle-free. You can easily select your preferred stall size, term length, and location, then set up automatic billing for convenient, worry-free payments.

Find us conveniently located on Highway 14 at Range Road 224, about 9 minutes from Sherwood Park, 13 minutes from Ardrossan, and 15 minutes from Mill Woods in Edmonton.

You can access your storage unit daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. year round using your personal keypad code.

The yard is fully fenced and accessed via a keypad. Security cameras monitor the property, and an on-site caretaker/security is present to oversee the premises.

Clients are advised to keep their own insurance coverage to protect their investment, as all units are stored at the owner’s risk.
